DEVELOPMENT AND PRESENTATION
of your bespoke financial plan that will put you on the right track to achieve your desired goals and lifestyle. Ensuring your full understanding of the plan and agreeing the next steps.
IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUR PLAN
at a minimum charge of £750 or 1% of initial invested assets – these fees can be paid directly by you or taken from your plans on most occasions.
ONGOING ADVICE
we meet on a regular basis to monitor and check that your financial plans are on track, adjusting as your life goals and objectives change – at a charge of up to 1% of invested assets.
MORTGAGES & PROTECTION
(LIFE & CRITICAL ILLNESS PROTECTION, INCOME PROTECTION)
We appreciate that some clients will need specific advice on individual areas of their financial lives and therefore do not require our complete financial planning service.
For mortgages we have an initial administration fee that ranges from £0 to £299 depending on the type of mortgage required. We also receive a small procuration fee from the relevant provider for this service. We will fully disclose to you in the product literature before any plan is implemented.
Where we advise on protection products then we will not charge any fees directly for the set up. We will receive commission from the relevant provider for this service.
